Can I purchase more than 3 months of standard access?

Yes! During checkout please click on the drop down box under "Checkout options". Here you will be able to add additional months to our standard 3 month access.

When I click on "my courses" it appears I no longer have access to the exams (goes back to sign up page)

Please first log out of the site, clear all cookies and cache in your current browser and restart the browser. Please make sure you are logged out of all other computers/devices/networks that you have accessed the site from by physically clicking the log out button in the top right corner (not just closing the browser). This will avoid pinging multiple IP addresses at one time. Re-open the browser and log back in and proceed to your courses. If this does not fix the issue try logging into a different browser (example, close chrome and open safari). If all of these steps fail to solve the issue, please fill out the form above and we will get you logged in asap!

Can I download the study guide or print the study guide?

Yes! Feel free to download and print your version of the study guide. Please be advised that each study guide is embedded with a user specific signature in order to protect the information within. Please do not share your version to avoid your guide circulating amongst individuals that have not subscribed to our program.

How many times can I take the mock exams? Is there a way to reset my progress?

Unlimited resets are currently available! Once an exam or even just a portion of the exam is completed, you can navigate to the course content tab and reset each individual question set by clicking the blue reset arrow on the right side of the selected room.

Are there answer keys provided with each sample exam?

Yes! Each exam will have an answer key which is made up of the most common answers reported from board certified orthodontists who take each mock exam when the exam is in Beta version. Instead of waiting for the answers to be released, we will release new exams in Beta (without answers provided) but will do everything we can to get those answers released prior to the next exam date! Currently there are 4 mock board exams (over 120 sample questions) all with answer keys!

I am a current resident at an orthodontic program but do not have a code. What should I do?

Please submit the form below with your information along with your current program enrollment. After verification, we will create a program specific promo code that you can use to get the resident rate. If there are more residents in your program interested, please include their information as well so we can adjust the promo code for quantity!

I signed up and received a confirmation email but do not see the course content or mock exams. Where are they?

Once logged in, navigate to the top right corner of your screen. Select the blue "My Account" square to take you to an "Account" screen. From there, select "courses" and they will appear there! If still having trouble please fill out a form and submit above.

I am trying to login and I know I am using the correct password but the site will not let me in. What do I do?

Please make sure you are only logged in at one location to make sure the site is not blocking multiple users. Please clear your cookies in your cache.
